India has witnessed significant advancements in its science and technology landscape over the past 24 hours, marked by substantial foreign investments, progressive policy announcements, and key collaborations. Tech giants like Microsoft, Intel, and Cognizant have reaffirmed their commitment to India's AI and semiconductor sectors, with Microsoft announcing a major investment in AI infrastructure. The India International Science Festival (IISF) 2025 concluded, highlighting the nation's Vision 2047 and a new ā¹1 lakh crore R&D fund. Additionally, India is positioning itself as a leader in nano-fertiliser technology and quantum computing training, while the Gujarat government unveiled an ambitious new STI policy.
